“Handwritten notes have become more of a novelty . We were glad today receive this note of appreciation from a client that has a damaged legacy lutron Illumination processor and their lights stopped working. We were able to find a copy of original lutron program that was saved on our Dropbox almost 20 years back and restore the program to repaired processor . As stressfull as that process was but it saved client huge expense and trouble of going through the upgrade . It’s certainly a fun to work on latest and greatest but there is a kicker to working with these old beast Lutron illumination processors .”
